Senior Test Manager – Energy Trading, Trading Floor & Front-Office / Freight

London (Hybrid – 3 days on site)

We’re looking for a Senior Test Manager to lead testing on a major Energy Trading & Freight Transformation programme.

This is a high-impact, programme-level role where you’ll own end-to-end test strategy, governance, and delivery across a complex ecosystem including IMOS, ETRM/CTRM, and bespoke platforms.

Key Qualifications

• Energy Trading (Essential)
• Physical commodities or energy trading environments
• Large-scale test strategy ownership

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading SIT, UAT, Integration & NFT across the programme
• Owning test strategy, governance, and go/no-go decisions
• Driving testing across:
• ETRM / CTRM platforms
• Finance, settlement & reporting systems
• Managing senior stakeholders and vendors
• Ensuring real-world trading workflows are fully validated
• Complex system integrations
• High-visibility energy trading transformation
• Real influence over delivery, quality, and risk
