Job Overview

Manpower is recruiting warehouse operatives for a client based in Coalville, a nationwide warehousing and logistics company.

Position: Warehouse Operative (temporary, ongoing)

Schedule: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Compensation: £13.50 per hour, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.

Start Date: 22 June 2026. A 2-hour induction will be held on Thursday 18 June, paid if the candidate starts the role.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload containers
• Packing a variety of items into boxes
• Labelling goods
• Wrapping pallets
• Picking items from pick lists and using hand-held scanners
• Handle heavy items, typically between 10-15 kg
