Contract Stock Condition Surveyor – Decent Homes & HHSRS

Tristone Nash is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out internal and external surveys on a contract basis in Plymouth. The role involves using a mobile device to assess conditions and identify hazards, ensuring all findings are reported accurately.

The ideal candidate will have experience with stock condition surveys, knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard, and strong communication skills. A driving licence and DBS check are also required.
