Warehouse Operatives Needed

Location: Severn Beach (BS35 4GG)

Pay: £13.77 per hour

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts – 4 days per week. Consistent 4‑day rota rotating between 07:00–17:00 and 12:00–22:00.

The Role

We’re recruiting reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing operation in Severn Beach. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, offering long‑term stability for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Load and unload goods.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Work towards daily targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Good level of English (essential for instructions & safety).
• Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential).
• Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working.
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts.
