Role Overview
We typically work hand‑in‑hand with clients to build digital products. This role often involves leading client accounts holistically—people, delivery, quality, and commercials—while ensuring we deliver excellent engineering and keep the big picture in mind.
Responsibilities
Leading client accounts holistically—people, delivery, quality, and commercials.
Managing teams of 5–10 people, focusing on developing and supporting others.
Building trusted client relationships and delivering against clear expectations.
Engaging with clients across new domains and technology stacks.
Advocating efficient, low‑complexity engineering solutions within the team.
Contributing to architectural and technical design decisions.
Supporting internal and regional engineering communities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5–10 people.
- Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Solid full‑stack engineering experience across front end, back end, and the full development lifecycle.
- Core technology experience: React, XJS, Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Hands‑on cloud experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
- Proven AI skillset demonstrated through certification and/or real delivery experience.
- Experience contributing to architectural and technical design decisions.
- Adaptability and strong motivation to keep learning and deliver best outcomes.
