About the role

We are looking for a passionate advocate for 18‑30‑year‑old entrepreneurs to help them bring their business dreams to life. As a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise, you will be the driving force behind young entrepreneurs’ success stories. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding a caseload of young people through the Enterprise programme, supporting them to explore and test their ideas, write business plans and achieve their business‑start targets.
  • Assisting with the development of robust and viable business plans, including cash flow forecasts, personal survival budgets and sector‑specific insights.
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to help ideas flourish.
  • Managing funding applications on behalf of young people.
  • Working flexibly with the programme delivered online, in‑centre or in the community.
  • Championing an inclusive workplace and fostering a culture of inspiration and change.
