Lay Ministry Development Lead

Premier Christian Communications Ltd is looking for a Local Ministry Development Lead to foster and manage lay ministry across Cornwall. This is a unique part-time role (28 hours per week) that offers the chance to shape the future of ministry while working closely with clergy and lay leaders.
