About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain transaction-related backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build core business processes for order and transaction workflows.
  • Ensure data consistency, system reliability, and correctness across critical business processes.
  • Support stable operation of transaction systems under high concurrency.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
  • Document and share technical solutions and best practices.
  • Work onsite in London.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot.
  • Experience building or maintaining core business systems.
  • Experience working in structured development environments.
  • Awareness of data protection, security, or compliance requirements in transaction systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large internet or e-commerce companies.
  • Experience with high-reliability or transaction-intensive systems.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems or service-oriented architectures.
