Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Now Assist Architect for a permanent hybrid role in the UK.

Applicants need to possess the following skills:

• ServiceNow – 5 years+ experience
• Specialisation in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Now Assist, CMDB
• ServiceNow certifications: CTA, TOGAF, AI
• Degree
• Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills

The role will involve working with the customer on design, CMDB and data quality, MID Server strategy, integrations, compliance, ITIL, development and deployment.
