Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surbiton for a Real Estate Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee real estate development project from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with Compliance, Funders, investors, and contractors, managing project workflows, budgeting, and driving the value enhancement of acquired assets. The role requires hands‑on involvement in every phase of the project lifecycle, from due diligence and planning to execution and final delivery.
Qualifications
- 15 Years expertise in Project Management and Real Estate development manging projects up to 25M GDV.
- Proficiency in Real Estate investment and operations
- Skilled in Budgeting and financial oversight
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and teams
- Ability to work on‑site in Surbiton and London and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in asset valuation, Liaising with Monitoring Surveyor and contract administration,
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
