Invest Surveying is looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to perform Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys exclusively in the investment property sector. This role is field-based and aims to provide a structured workflow without traditional panel work or mortgage valuations.
The successful candidate should have excellent report writing skills and a strong understanding of building pathology with a minimum of 2–2.5 years PQE. The position offers a bonus scheme for high volumes of work with a focus on delivering quality surveys.
