Invest Surveying is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their growing operation focused on Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys in the investment property sector. This is a remote, field-based position, free from traditional panel work, allowing surveyors to concentrate on delivering high-quality surveys.
You will carry out Level 2 surveys, manage your workload independently, and produce professional reports.
The role demands a minimum of 2 years of PQE and a strong understanding of building pathology, with significant opportunities for growth and streamlined workflows.
