We are working with a leading international law firm on a mid-associate hire within its highly regarded Leveraged Finance practice in London. The team is consistently recognised at the top of the market and acts for an impressive client base spanning major private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.
The practice advises across the full range of leveraged finance transactions including acquisition financings, take-privates, refinancings and cross-border mandates, with strong deal flow and an integrated international capability.
The firm offers a collaborative culture, strong partner access and a genuine commitment to associate development and progression.
The Candidate
- 3-5 years’ PQE in leveraged finance or acquisition finance
- Experience gained at a respected City or international law firm
- Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage transactions with increasing autonomy
- Qualified in England & Wales (international qualifications considered with strong London market experience)
