SEND Inclusion Practitioner – Family Hubs

Slough Borough Council is looking for a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to lead inclusive practices for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). This role will focus on early identification, family support, and ensuring equitable access to services.

The ideal candidate will proactively engage with families and partners, champion inclusive practices within Family Hubs, and adapt services to meet all children’s diverse needs. A strong commitment to safeguarding and quality governance will be essential.
