Commissioning Specialist – Social Care Markets

Sunderland City Council is seeking a Commissioning Specialist to join the Adult Services Directorate. This permanent position requires oversight of adult social care provider markets in line with the Care Act 2014.

The ideal candidate will possess strong ICT, communication, organisational, and negotiation skills, with experience in social care. Applicants should be educated to degree level or have suitable relevant experience.
