What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience within Industrial Recruitment
• Strong business development and account management skills
• A proven billing track record
• Confidence to build and grow relationships at all levels
• Energy, resilience, and a genuine hunger to succeed

The role:

• Winning and developing new business
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
• Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike
• Achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
