Senior Garden Designer / Landscape Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Garden Designer / Landscape Architect to join a highly regarded design-led practice delivering exceptional landscape and garden projects across the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working on a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial and public realm schemes. This position offers genuine long-term progression within a growing and ambitious studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape and garden design projects through all project stages
• Develop creative design concepts and detailed technical packages
• Manage client, consultant, contractor and supplier relationships
• Coordinate project delivery from design through construction
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Attend site visits, client meetings and project reviews
• Contribute to studio growth and operational development

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture, Garden Design or a related discipline
• Approximately 6-8+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience delivering high-quality landscape projects
• Strong planting design and horticultural knowledge
• Excellent design, presentation and technical detailing skills
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
