Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer

I’m currently supporting an innovative cybersecurity vendor looking to hire a Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design solutions, deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs, and support customers through complex deployments and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts.
• Design solution architectures across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Support integrations involving APIs, networking technologies, and security platforms.
• Advise customers on cloud, DevOps, automation, and deployment best practices.

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with Government, Defence, or highly regulated environments.
• Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Python, or similar technical tooling.
