We’re working with a well-established refrigeration business based in Leicester who are looking to bring in an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a mobile role covering commercial and industrial refrigeration environments across Leicester and the wider Midlands region. The position offers a strong mix of service, maintenance and breakdown work, with excellent overtime opportunities available for engineers looking to maximise their earnings.

About the role

• Commercial refrigeration systems
• Industrial refrigeration systems
• Service, maintenance and reactive breakdown support
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Fault-finding and diagnostic work
• Customer sites across Leicester and the Midlands

This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering high standards of service to customers.

About you

Essential

• Experience within commercial refrigeration
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• Professional approach when attending customer sites
• F-Gas Qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Highly Desirable

• Industrial refrigeration experience
• Experience working on cold rooms, refrigeration plant and associated equipment
