What this role is really about

This is for engineers who:

• Prefer reasonable days over ridiculous pay
• Want structure, not firefighting
• Value security and consistency

You won’t be rushed. You won’t be overloaded. You won’t be chasing work or money.

The setup

• Salary: £50,000 – 55,000 + 36 days holiday (£8,000 in holiday pay)
• Monday-Friday | 8:00-4:30 (actual finish time)
• 1/2 Lunch break included
• Van, fuel, tools & Professional uniform.
• 10% pension
• Training and tickets paid for
• Buy / sell holiday scheme

The work

• Domestic gas servicing, occasional install & maintenance
• Social housing only
• Planned and responsive jobs
• Sensible workloads
• Left to manage your own day
• No micromanaging.
• No unrealistic job counts.

You’ll need

• Gas Safe & ACS (CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1)
• Experience in social housing (ideal, not a blocker)
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within 45 mins of Notting hill
