We are partnering with a cutting‑edge engineering consultancy for the development of brand‑new manufacturing processes across the aerospace, space and defence sectors. With growing investment within the company, they have decided now is the right time to recruit a Lead Manufacturing Engineer for their CNC Manufacturing Processes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage CNC projects from initial proposal, engineering meetings and defining requirements.
• Carry out in‑depth CNC programming work using Siemens NX CAD/CAM software.
• Work with tooling suppliers, develop new programmes and machining methodologies.
• Lead on projects, including customer‑facing and hands‑on machining.

Qualifications

• Existing Manufacturing Engineer with experience in Siemens NX software.
• Comfortable with technical leadership and managing a small team.
• Experience with project‑based work.
