Role Overview
Join our Operations Support Systems team as a GI.Systems Monitoring Engineer, responsible for the operational health, administration, development, automation, and support of Computershare’s global Monitoring and Alerting Management platforms and associated integrations.
This role has global responsibilities and offers a wide variety of projects and technologies to work with.
What You Will Do
Deliver quality monitoring platforms and services, provide technical guidance, manage and maintain Computershare Monitoring toolsets, and ensure the Monitoring Engineer is providing input into the technical direction and Monitoring standards.

Requirements
- Strong working experience with advanced monitoring concepts, application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, automation, good troubleshooting skills and reporting.
- Experience working with peers and stakeholders across various global locations.
- Enterprise Systems Monitoring, spanning infrastructure, Application Performance Monitoring, and modern log style tooling.
- Automation of processes (e.g., scripting, Azure automation).
- Experience coding.
- Client/server technologies with the core focus on Microsoft Server technologies.
- LAN/WAN/Internet/Extranet network technologies.
- Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
