Estimator x 5 – RC Frames, Structures, Groundworks and Civils in London

Our clients are looking to strengthen their preconstruction teams by adding an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions for concrete frame and groundwork packages.
• Measure and take off from drawings.
• Produce bills of quantities.
• Conduct cost planning.
• Attend pre‑ and post‑contract meetings with clients to present the value proposition.
• Build up tender price from first principles based on plans, programme and scope of works.

Qualifications

Previous experience working for an RC / Concrete Frame and Groundwork subcontractor in the UK in an estimating capacity.

Knowledge of pricing and producing tenders for Concrete Frame and Groundwork packages in and around the South East and London.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary between £70,000 and £120,000 per annum (self‑employed options available). Pay structure negotiated at interview.
