Field Service Engineer – 4 on 4 off

Location: Field-Based – Chester/Wrexham

Salary: £36,419 starting + up to £1,000 onboarding bonus + bonuses

Shifts: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 09:00 – 20:30

Responsibilities

  • Perform second-line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on‑time in full machine provision.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

Qualifications

  • Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
  • ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
  • A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right the first time.
  • A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
  • A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication & customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
  • No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
