About the role
We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role – 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.
What You’ll Do
- Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
- Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office
- AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
- End‑user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team
- Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
- New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
- Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides
What you bring
- A friendly, end‑user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling)
- A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Bonus
- Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
- Experience in a customer or public‑facing role
- Familiarity with bash scripting
