Plumbing & Heating Engineer – Dartford/Medway

Our client is a well-established firm working on housing association properties across Essex and London, and they’re looking for a plumbing & heating engineer to join their growing team.

Based in the Dartford/Meday area, this reactive maintenance plumber role focuses on keeping homes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform wet works, including power flushing and installing cylinders.
• Diagnose and fix leaks, taps, toilets, showers and pipework.
• Install water cylinders, water supply pipes and waste fittings.
• Deliver excellent service on every customer visit.
• Work to the highest health & safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent – certificate required.
• G3 Unvented.
• Full, manual UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work checks.
• Own tools required.
