Sales Consultant (Part-Time) – Springfield Outlet, Spalding

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as a Sales Consultant at our Springfield Outlet in Spalding. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 30 hours per week on a 7‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalised selling approach, you will manage the entire customer journey, including delivering sensory experiences through fragrance consultations and hand/arm massages. You will also support the team with general store tasks such as stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can‑do attitude. High personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury are essential. You must thrive in a team environment, be driven to achieve store and personal KPIs, and be flexible to accommodate business requirements.
