Customer Consultants are the first point of contact for Virgin Money customers. They provide exceptional service, resolve banking queries, and promote digital services.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the branch and educate them on digital services.
- Resolve customer queries and provide product/service solutions.
- Collaborate with branches and Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice.
- Apply customer‑first behaviours: empathy, honesty, continuous improvement, and ownership of outcomes.

- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Great communication skills and ability to build rapport.
