The Challenge
We are looking for an entrepreneurial strategist to join our international Strategy & Operations team, supporting a massive 500+ stakeholder EMEA organization. This isn’t a passive program management role – you will actively shape the future of work by driving AI transformation, streamlining large-scale operations, and building the data models for our 2027 planning cycle.
The Three Pillars We Need
If you have 10-12 years of experience in Strategy & Ops or top-tier Management Consulting, we want you – but you must possess these three non‑negotiable skill sets:
- AI Builder, Not Just a User: You don’t just prompt AI; you build with it. You have hands‑on experience using developer/enterprise tools to build automated agents, connect data sources, and script workflows.
- Elite Spreadsheet Analytics: You are a master of deep‑dive quantitative analysis, scenario modelling, and forecasting. You can turn raw data into executive‑level strategy.
- Scale & Ambiguity Tolerance: You thrive when priorities shift and have a proven track record of landing major initiatives across 500+ stakeholders.
