Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Solicitor/CILEx Legal Executive based in Clacton-on-Sea. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of litigation matters, providing legal advice to clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Debt Recovery and Civil Litigation
- Ability to manage and advise on diverse legal cases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Legal Executive
- Ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice
- Confident in managing your own caseload and deadlines
