Slough Children First is seeking a proactive Designated Social Care Officer to drive social care within the SEND strategy, collaborate with senior leaders and community partners, and champion early intervention and family resilience.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development and delivery of social care strategies within the SEND framework
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Champion early intervention, co-production, and strengthening of family resilience
• Drive data‑driven insights to inform service direction and support ongoing improvement
• Represent Slough at regional and national forums, advocating best practices in SEND
• Foster a culture of inclusion and independence, working towards positive life outcomes for children and young people
