About the Team

The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster (Optima), an RLDatix (Allocate) Software electronic rostering system. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide implementation of the eRostering system to new services.
  • Review roster practice and monitor key performance indicators in existing services.
  • Provide expert data analysis and reporting.
  • Work closely with Service Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Team Leaders, Business Partners and finance colleagues to promote good rostering practice and provide advice to assist areas to remain within staffing budget.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant knowledge and experience of the RLDatix (Allocate) electronic rostering system.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
