Sales Strategy Analyst
Sales Strategy Analyst on the UKI Core Sales Strategy team, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to shape decisions of sales and cross‑functional leadership. Hybrid role based out of London office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with UKI sales leaders to drive day‑to‑day execution, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, productivity tracking, and business reviews.
- Build dashboards and analytical tools that surface performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Contribute to the operating rhythm of senior UKI leadership—quarterly reviews, strategic planning cycles, and ad‑hoc high‑visibility initiatives.
- Define and operationalise go‑to‑market strategies, including segmentation, capacity modelling, and coverage design, while streamlining and automating reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in business analytics and sales operations/strategy, ideally in a SaaS or high‑growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and presentation tools such as Slides or PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset—proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven in a fast‑paced environment.
- Growth mindset with entrepreneurial energy and comfort operating through ambiguity.
- Ability to work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
