Client Services Specialist — Hybrid (Office Mon & Tue)

Love2shop is looking for a Client Service Executive based in Birkenhead. This full-time hybrid role requires you to work in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, with training for the first three weeks done in-person.

The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, meet KPI requirements set by the Head of Client Services, and possess a strong knowledge of both physical and digital products like Love2shop e-gift cards.
