About the role

Are you an experienced paramedic with strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills, ready to combine your clinical expertise with operational leadership in a role that directly shapes patient care?

As an Ambulance Duty Operations Manager with the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, you’ll lead a team of front line clinicians, guiding their development, welfare, and performance while stepping into the role of Operational Commander during major incidents. You’ll mentor newly qualified staff, oversee clinical supervision, and drive innovation that keeps the community at the centre of care.
