Senior Customer Service Advisor – Debt Support

Chester (Hybrid – up to 3 days a week working from home following initial training period)

Up to 35,000 Permanent

We’re hiring a Senior Customer Service Advisor to support clients through complex and sensitive financial situations. This is a meaningful role where your judgement, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.

The Role

  • Provide end-to-end debt support and guidance
  • Manage complex, high-risk, and vulnerable cases
  • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
  • Support colleagues with specialist advice on challenging scenarios
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance

About You

  • Experience in customer service, complaints, or case handling
  • Confident managing sensitive or complex situations
  • Strong communication, empathy, and decision‑making skills
