Responsibilities
- Manage the service journey end‑to‑end and represent the Toyota brand while resolving customer needs.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, providing exceptional aftersales customer care and guiding them to the right products and services.
- Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end service experience.
- Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
- Initiative and ownership of issues, proactive can‑do attitude.
- Ability to multi‑task and remain organised while switching between tasks.
- Team player who offers help and support to others.
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information, thriving in a high‑pressure environment.
