Role Overview
The EPR E‑Learning Creator will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality digital learning content to support the implementation and adoption of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, interactive e‑learning modules tailored to different staff roles, ensuring accessibility, usability, and compliance with Trust standards.
- Work closely with the Training Manager, clinical teams, and technical specialists to translate workflows into effective digital learning experiences.
- Design and develop high‑quality digital learning modules using approved authoring tools, incorporating multimedia elements and applying adult learning principles.
- Translate EPR workflows into clear, role‑specific training content that reflects best practice.
- Ensure all materials meet accessibility, clinical safety, and information governance standards, while maintaining version control and updating content as needed.
- Manage learning content within the Trust’s LMS, monitor completion, provide user support, and produce reports for training and programme leads.
- Continuously improve digital learning by gathering feedback, analysing usage data, and adopting innovative approaches to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum on‑site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals; during key delivery periods, on‑site requirements may increase.
