Maintenance Engineer Multi Skilled

Job Summary

Salary is £46,000 to £55,000 DOE, with excellent overtime. Working Panama shifts – every other weekend you get a LONG WEEKEND OFF.

Responsibilities

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Undertake machine start‑up, working closely with the production and hygiene team.
• Machine adjustments to optimise machine performance.
• To undertake fault diagnosis & implement corrective actions to minimise machine downtime.
• To communicate machine status & performance across shift teams to ensure effective handovers.
• Look at CI methods and ways to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent in electrical.
• Mechanical experience/qualifications.
• Engineering/technical background.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

Shift Pattern & Benefits

Working a Panama shift pattern (2,2,3) on a mix of 12‑hour days and nights. Salary up to £55,000, pension, excellent overtime and clear progression inc MEWP, Confined space, FLT and further qualifications.
