Workforce Governance Project Manager

About This Role

We’re looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to support the development and execution of CIMSPA’s National Workforce Registration and Governance Project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. This is a hands‑on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing plans, coordinating activity, and keeping complex projects moving forward, rather than operating purely at a strategic or advisory level.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between departments, project teams and stakeholders, and manage all project‑related resources, including time and materials.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, including digital elements, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify interdependencies and proactively remove barriers to ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Support the identification, mitigation, and resolution of strategic and project risks, as well as other issues that may impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to translate strategic decisions into practical, operational delivery.
