Michael Page is proud to partner with Radius Systems in enhancing their Business Intelligence & Data Management capabilities. A newly created Business Intelligence & Data Manager role will build and lead a scalable BI function that delivers high‑quality insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and ownership of BI models, dashboards and data, consolidating outputs from multiple sources (ERP, MES, Excel, and others)
• Develop architecture to build a single source of truth providing the data model for all analytics
• Establish and lead master data management practices; work with senior stakeholders to create a robust master data strategy, define quality rules, and set data governance standards
• Define and own core KPIs to report, and conduct regular reviews to keep KPIs relevant
• Drive adoption of dashboards across senior leadership and managers, reducing manual reporting through automation and standardisation
• Provide insight‑led recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to give visibility and control over sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, target attainment, productivity, and to identify risks and opportunities
• Work closely with IT to leverage existing systems such as Syspro and QlikView, automating data pipelines and reporting processes

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Minimum of five years in a similar role within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or business reporting
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on analytics in a quantitative subject (e.g., business administration, computer science, data analytics)
• Advanced SQL, strong working knowledge of Power Query and ETL processes, and advanced Excel skills
• Good working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and data visualisation techniques
• Demonstrable end‑to‑end experience in gathering and organising data to develop and deliver BI solutions and dashboards
• Experience supporting business-wide initiatives, especially with sales or commercial teams, is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to distil complex information for stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills, translating technical outputs into business language
• Pragmatic mindset with experience building less structured organisations
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial
