Position Details
Location: CambridgeJob Ref: 5526MSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)Working Hours: Fully office-based Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st‑line support to customers by resolving queries related to the company’s products and services.
- Offer outstanding customer support via phone, email and live chat.
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately.
- Analyse data and respond accordingly.
- Be responsible for scheduling engineering service calls.
- Provide customer training on products.
- Monitor and report any issues as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks as required by management.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
- Experience in customer service or first‑line technical support – beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer‑focused with high attention to detail.
- Good IT skills.
