Location: CambridgeJob Ref: 5526MSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)Working Hours: Fully office-based Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st‑line support to customers by resolving queries related to the company’s products and services.
  • Offer outstanding customer support via phone, email and live chat.
  • Ensure all calls are logged accurately.
  • Analyse data and respond accordingly.
  • Be responsible for scheduling engineering service calls.
  • Provide customer training on products.
  • Monitor and report any issues as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
  • Experience in customer service or first‑line technical support – beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused with high attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills.
