Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Securing and managing Event Sponsorship across a portfolio of events
- Act as a product specialist and own direction and development of events within the portfolio
- Respond to and manage inbound Sponsorship enquiries for allocated portfolio
- Create and manage a pipeline of prospects to grow the sponsorship client base and ensure targets met
- Achieve both new and repeat business revenue targets for each event you work on
- Establishing and nurturing of key accounts and new business within the technology market
- Attendance and client delivery for events within the portfolio
- Preparing sales proposals for sponsorship investments
- Identify and propose custom-marketing solutions to CEOs and VPs
- Develop new business clients into key accounts across CDM Media’s portfolio of products
- Implement efficient key account management strategies to maximize client relationship value
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team, as well as overall revenue team, to help drive and deliver success
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- 5+ years of high performance in sales, with direct experience and success in Account Management
- Consistent over achievement of sales quotas
- Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions for global organizations to achieve their business goals
- Understanding of technology buying center motivations
- Extensive industry specific and account knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate, leadership qualities
