Our client is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team based in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a well-established and growing practice recognised for its expertise in supporting vulnerable individuals and their families. The successful candidate will work on a varied and rewarding caseload, advising clients on a broad range of Court of Protection matters while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters under appropriate supervision
- Advising deputy clients, attorneys, family members and vulnerable individuals
- Preparing and progressing Court of Protection applications
- Assisting with deputyship administration and ongoing client affairs
- Managing property and financial affairs matters
- Liaising with the Court of Protection, clients, medical professionals and other third parties
- Supporting senior members of the team on complex and high-value matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- 2–4 years’ PQE with experience in Court of Protection work
- Experience managing Property and Affairs matters
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client service
- The ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A genuine interest in working with vulnerable clients
