The Role
As Account Director, you’ll join the client services team working across a roster of global brands and culture and entertainment projects. You’ll lead client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, and play a key role in shaping strategy – while supporting and developing junior team members.
This role offers real influence and responsibility, with the opportunity to help shape both the work and the agency’s future direction.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading day-to-day client relationships and ensuring their needs are met through the full agency offering
- Delivering ambitious campaigns that drive genuine impact – from idea to execution, across comms, experiential, and content
- Identifying and seizing commercial and partnership opportunities across key accounts
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to deliver a high standard of work
- Leading creative sessions and contributing to new business pitches and wins
- Creating and upholding a positive, open working environment across the team
What They’re Looking For
- A confident client lead with a proven track record, accountable for all aspects of delivery from strategy to execution
- Well-versed in the media, brand, and culture worlds – with deep experience on high-profile brands in entertainment and culture
- Experienced in managing teams to hit KPIs, timelines, and budgets, with a genuine commitment to developing junior talent
- A strategic thinker who can identify and navigate cultural sensitivities and foresee issues before they arise
- Organised, process-driven and commercially minded – able to spot opportunities and help generate winning pitch ideas
- Skilled at building dynamic presentations that turn creative ideas into rigorous, results-driven campaign plans
