Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Tees Law is expanding its Litigation team in Cambridge and we’re looking for a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join our growing, highly regarded practice.

You’ll handle a varied caseload of high‑quality commercial disputes, work closely with senior litigators including Chris Hook, and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of our Dispute Resolution offering.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own commercial litigation caseload
• Advising businesses, directors, shareholders and individuals
• Working on contractual disputes, shareholder issues, commercial chancery matters, professional negligence, property disputes and more
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor with solid commercial litigation experience
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Confident communication and relationship‑building
• A collaborative team player with ambition and drive
