QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team based in York. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment. The successful candidate will join a respected team handling a broad range of commercial property matters for an established and diverse client base.
You will manage your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced property lawyers on a wide range of transactions across the commercial property sector. The role offers significant client contact, a high degree of autonomy, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a firm that continues to invest in the growth of its commercial services offering.
Responsibilities
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Property development transactions
- Commercial refinancing and secured lending matters
- Ongoing portfolio management work
- General commercial property advisory matters
Qualifications
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property work.
