Strategy Consultant – M&A

We’re looking for a Strategy Consultant to specialise in our M&A practice. You’ll work with private equity and corporate clients on M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-merger integration.

This role offers exposure to the full M&A lifecycle, from developing acquisition strategies to supporting integration execution. You’ll work alongside investment professionals and senior executives on some of the most significant transactions in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial due diligence engagements for PE and corporate acquirers
• Develop M&A strategies and support target screening
• Plan and execute post-merger integration programmes
• Prepare vendor due diligence reports for sell-side clients
• Build relationships with private equity firms and investment banks

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in M&A consulting, corporate finance, or transaction services
• Track record of leading due diligence or integration workstreams
• Strong financial and commercial analysis skills
• Experience working with private equity clients preferred
• Ability to work at pace in deal environments
