Are you a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking to handle high-value, complex disputes in a dynamic, market-leading team?

Our client, a highly ranked law firm in Ipswich, offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base—including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and multi-nationals—on matters that reach the High Court, Court of Appeal, and international arbitration.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a specialist team routinely ranked in the top tier by Legal 500 and Chambers, and praised for its technical excellence and client relationships. Expect to:

  • Manage your own files and run a broad caseload of commercial disputes
  • Interact directly with clients, building long-term relationships
  • Assist senior team members on complex cases
  • Advise on enforcement of restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes, and more
  • Use modern document management, CRM, and time recording systems
  • Contribute to business development through articles, networking, and client events

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
  • Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
  • Experience advising on complex commercial disputes and enforcement matters
  • High attention to detail and consistently high work standards
  • Commercially astute, proactive, and client-focused
  • Aptitude for business development and relationship building
  • Keen interest in career progression and supporting team growth
  • Willing to travel weekly to Ipswich if based in Norwich or Chelmsford (expenses covered)
