Leaving Care Support Worker — Driving Youth to Independence

Premier Christian Communications Ltd is seeking a passionate Leaving Care Support Worker to join their team in Manchester. This role involves providing emotional and housing-related support to young care leavers, helping them transition to independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supported housing, excellent emotional support skills, and must possess a valid driver’s license along with a vehicle for travel. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule.
